Bidders may obtain up to two (2) complete set of Bidding Documents from Eastern Engineering Supply, 1239 N. Wells St., Ft. Wayne, IN 46808, (260) 426-3119, for a $100 Refundable Deposit per set made Payable to Design Collaborative.
Partial sets are not allowed. INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS: Those not returning bid documents within the noted 10 days will have their deposit checks cashed. This will be strictly enforced.
---(NOTE-NEW SHIPPING PROCEDURES) If you need your documents shipped, although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping charges (based on the weight of one set) are paid to Eastern Engineering Supply.
