The two following dates have been established for general contractors and subcontractors to visit and tour the site and building so that they can become familiar with the existing conditions and the areas within the existing building where work will occur.
The two dates are as follows:
Tuesday, June 29 at 3:30 p.m.
Wednesday, June 30th at 10:30 a.m.
Attendees, please assemble “outside” of the building under the covered porch at the main entrance into the facility. Bryan Davis with Waldron Health Care and Rehabilitation will meet the attendees outside the building at the specified times and will provide a guided tour through the facility to the various areas involved with the project. job.
General Contractors may obtain up to 4 complete sets of Bidding Documents from Eastern Engineering Supply, 1239 N. Wells St., Ft. Wayne, IN 46808, (260) 426-3119, for a $100 Refundable Deposit made Payable to Hoch Associates.
Additional Sets for Subcontractors/Suppliers & additional sets for General Contractors may be ordered per the options and pricing listed on the Order page.
